TradeLocker trading journal
TradeForge team · Last updated
TradeForge syncs your closed TradeLocker trades with your TradeLocker login, which it stores encrypted because the TradeLocker API needs it. A stop loss set on entry comes in, so actual R is calculated for those trades.

| Host | Demo, Live, BSA or BSB. Your broker's welcome email says which one |

Questions
Why does TradeForge store my TradeLocker password?
TradeLocker's API needs it to read your trades. It is stored encrypted, and TradeForge only reads trades. It never places orders.
Which host should I choose?
Demo, Live, BSA or BSB. Your broker's welcome email says which one your account uses.
Does a prop-firm TradeLocker account work?
Yes, if the firm gives you a TradeLocker account. It connects with that account's login.
Why is RR empty on some TradeLocker trades?
RR needs a stop loss. TradeLocker provides it only if you set one on entry. For other trades, enter the amount you risked and TradeForge shows an estimated R.
Do open positions show?
No, closed trades only.
