1. The service
TradeForge is a trading name of Denis Krosniqi, an individual based in Albania. Contact: support@tradeforgelive.com.
TradeForge lets you record, import and analyse your own trading activity. Payment is processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, under Paddle's buyer terms.
2. Not financial advice
TradeForge is a software tool for recording and analysing your own trading records. It does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, does not recommend any financial instrument, and is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser or signal service. Statistics describe past results only. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Trading leveraged products such as forex, futures and CFDs carries a high risk of loss, including more than your initial deposit. Figures are calculated from data imported from your broker or files you upload and may be incomplete or inaccurate; verify against your broker statements before relying on them. Nothing in TradeForge is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older. One account per person. You must not share your login or let others use your account. Keep your credentials and any connected broker tokens secure. We may detect sign-ins from unusual locations that suggest a shared account.
4. Broker and imported data
Data comes from your broker, CSV or MT5 files and may be late, incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee its accuracy. Check it against your official broker statements. We are not responsible for losses based on reports you did not verify.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Plans, prices and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel in Settings or via Paddle; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Your content
You own your journal content and screenshots. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only to run the service for you. We do not use it to train AI models and do not publish it.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Changes to the service or terms
We may change features for legal or security requirements, changes by our service providers, or to improve the service. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes. If a change harms you more than minimally, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid time. If you do not object within 6 weeks of notice, the change applies.
9. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your account for serious or repeated breach after notice and a chance to respond, or immediately for fraud, security risk or legal order. We will refund unused prepaid time unless the cause was your serious breach.
10. Data on termination
You can export your data. After deletion we remove it as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, or that results will meet your needs. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
12. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, trading losses or data inaccuracies from third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, fraud, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity (business users only)
If you use the service for business, you will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful content or breach of these terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
Albanian law governs, and the courts of Tirana, Albania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence and the right to bring claims in its courts under applicable law.

16. Miscellaneous
These terms are the entire agreement between you and us. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may transfer these terms to a company we form or to a successor; you may not transfer them without our consent. If a translation differs, the English version controls.
