MetaTrader 5 trading journal
TradeForge team · Last updated
TradeForge imports your MetaTrader 5 history from the HTML report MT5 saves. The report includes the stop loss, so planned and actual R come in with every trade. There is no live sync for MT5: upload a new report to add new trades, and duplicates are skipped.

Questions
Does TradeForge support MetaTrader 4?
No. Only MetaTrader 5 reports, today.
How do I find my broker's server time?
In MT5 on desktop, press Ctrl+M. The clock at the top is your broker's time. If it's 2 hours ahead of UTC in winter (3 in summer), pick "GMT+2/+3, US DST". Not sure? Ask your broker.
I picked the wrong server time. What now?
Change it on the account, then upload the report again. The existing trades get the corrected times.
Does a prop-firm MT5 account work?
Yes, if you can save an HTML history report from it in MT5.
Do open positions show?
No, closed trades only.
